  2. 1 pound(s) ground turkey

  3. 2 tablespoon(s) each grated Parmesan and chopped parsley

  4. 2 clove(s)

  5. garlic , minced

  6. 1 dried minced onion flakes

  7. 1 large egg white

  8. 1/2 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning

  9. 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper

  10. 1 box(es) (13 1/4 oz) whole-grain spaghetti

  12. 24 to 26 oz

  1. Put bulgur in medium bowl. Add boiling water to cover; let soak 15 minutes. Drain well; return to bowl.

  2. Heat oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil. Add turkey, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, onion flakes, egg white, Italian seasoning and pepper to bulgur. Mix lightly with a fork until blended.

  3. Form mixture into 18 meatballs (1 slightly rounded Tbsp each). Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta in large pot of salted boiling water as box directs. Warm marinara sauce in medium saucepan; add meatballs. Drain pasta and serve with meatballs and sauce.
