  1. 1 cup milk

  2. 1 tablespoon vinegar

  3. 1 tablespoon melted butter

  4. 1/4 cup cane sugar

  5. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  6. 2 cups flour

  7. 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  9. 2 tablespoons Simply Organic Chicken Seasoning

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 7-inch ovenproof skillet.

  2. Pour milk into a large bowl and stir in vinegar. In a small bowl, whip the butter and sugar together. Add butter/sugar to milk/vinegar. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Stir dry ingredients into liquid ingredients, mixing until just moist. Spread into skillet.

  3. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until golden along the edges.
