  1. 150 g 150 g 1 tbsp Plain yogurt

  2. 3 tbsp Water

  3. 2 tbsp Garam Masala

  4. 1/2 tsp Curry Sauce

  5. 1/2 tbsp Marinade

  6. Premium Oyster Sauce

  7. 1 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

  8. 1/2 tsp Corn starch

  9. 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix chicken meat with marinade.

  2. Stir-fry Lee Kum Kee Curry Sauce in 1 tsp oil until fragrant. Add chicken meat and stir-fry until done. Add pineapple, apple, yogurt, water and cook for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens. Stir in raisins, Garam Masala and cook until heated through.
