  1. 4 Potatoes

  2. 1 Tomato

  3. 1 tsp Garam masala

  4. 2 tsp Red chilli powder

  5. 2 tsp Coriander powder

  6. 1/2tbsp Ginger paste

  7. 1/2tbsp Garlic paste

  8. 4 Eggs

  9. 1 tsp Salt

  10. 3 tsp Oil

  1. Boil the potatoes (pressure cook for 2 whistles), peel and cut into cubes.

  2. In a nonstick pan,add 2 tsp of oil and fry the ginger garlic paste and then add chopped tomatoes with salt.

  3. When the tomatoes are cooked,add the masala powders and add the potato cubes.Fry for a while until all masala smell goes,then cover the pan and cook in low flame.(5mins)

  4. Now mash the potatoes with the masala and switch off the stove. Make small balls in that potato mix and keep it ready.

  5. Beat the eggs with little pepper powder and half salt.

  6. Heat the griddle/ dosa pan and make a big,thin omelet. Place the potato balls inside and make a wrap with the omelet. Reduce the flame and cook for 3 secs.

  7. Easy snack for kids is ready now..…

  8. I think it’s the biggest job to make snack that kids love most. Try it and share whether ur kids like it..
