  1. Rice:

  2. 2 cups Basmati Rice

  3. 3 1/2 cups water

  4. 1 tsp. jeera

  5. 1 tsp. oil

  1. Wash the rice well.

  2. Heat oil, add jeera, then the rice and fry till rice for 2 min.

  3. Add the water and set flame on high, bring to a boil. After 5 mins of boiling, reduce heat, cover and cook for 10 more min. Rice is done.

  6. large Potato 2 medium Carrots 2 Bell Peppers 3 large Onions 6 plum Tomatoes 1/4 head small Cabbage 1 cup Cauliflower florets 1 cup frozen or fresh Green Peas 1/2 cup Corn (any other vegetables – like Zucchini, Chow-chow, Red Bell Pepper etc.)

  7. tsp. Jeera 1/2 tsp. Mustard 3 tbsp. Oil 3-5 tbsp. Patak’s tandoori paste Salt to taste 1 cup chopped Coriander Leaves
