  1. 3 cups Flour

  2. 1 teaspoon Baking powder

  3. teaspoon Salt

  4. 3 Eggs, beaten

  5. cup Milk

  1. Recipe from 1904.

  2. Mix all ingredients well. POur out onto well floured board. With rolling pin, roll out ½ batter at a time. Cut into 1 inch squares.

  3. Drop one at a time into 2 quarts of boiling chicken broth in a 4 quart Dutch oven. Cook 20 minutes.
