  1. 1 3/4 cups Flour

  2. 2 tsp Baking Powder

  3. 1/ 2 Teaspoon Salt

  4. 1 1/ 2 Tablespoon White Sugar

  5. 1 1/2 cups Milk , warm

  6. 1 Egg

  7. 3/4 tsp Vanilla

  8. 4 Tbsp Butter , melted

  9. 4 Fresh Peaches - Peeled , pitted and sliced

  10. 4 tsp Powdered Sugar

  11. 4 Tbsp Chopped Pecans

  12. Whipped Cream

  13. Cinnamon

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Sift twice. In a separate bowl, lightly mix milk, egg, vanilla and melted butter. Make a hole in the center of the dry mix and pour in the milk mix. Stir until batter is smooth.

  2. Oil frying pan or griddle and place on medium heat. Place on pan in ¼ cup scoops. Flip when bubbles appear and edges turn light brown. Pancakes are done when light brown on both sides.

  3. Place peach slices on pancakes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and pecans. Add a dollop of whipped cream and cinnamon to taste.
