  1. 1 cup buttermilk

  2. 1 large egg

  3. 3 tablespoons honey

  4. 2 tablespoons butter

  5. 1 cup old fashioned oats

  6. 2 3/4 cups white bread flour

  7. 2 teaspoons salt

  8. 1 tablespoon gluten

  9. 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

  1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

  2. Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.
