    1. 2 lbs elk round steak

    2. 1/4 cup soy sauce

    3. 1 cup chopped onion

    4. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

    5. 1 teaspoon sugar

    6. 1/2 tsp. salt

    7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

    8. 1/4 teaspoon ginger

    9. 1 can stewed tomatoes

    10. 2 large green pepper cut into strips

    11. 1/2 cup cold water

    12. 11/2 tablespoons cornstarch

    13. cooked noodles or rice

    1. Cut elk round steak into strips. Mix next nine ingredients in slow cooker. Add elk meat. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hr.. Combine the cold water and cornstarch add to crockpot, cook until thickened, about 15 more minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
