  1. 1 Onion - chopped (1/2 cup) (medium)

  2. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese (2 Ounces)

  3. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Skim milk

  4. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Fat-free cholesterol-free egg product or 2 Eggs plus

  5. 3 Egg whites

  6. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz All-purpose flour

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Baking powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried basil leaves

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried oregano leaves

  10. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  11. 3/4 cup 177ml Salsa

  1. Heat oven to 350º. Spray pie plate, 9 × 1 1/4 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle onion and cheese in bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients except salsa in blender. Cover and blend on medium-high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.

  2. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.
