  1. 8 cooked cannelloni

  2. 1 recipe Pomodoro Sauce

  3. For the stuffing

  4. 1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables ( carrots , french beans , cauliflower, green peas)

  5. 1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese)

  6. 1/4 cup chopped onions

  7. 1 tsp chilli powder

  8. 2 tsp oil

  9. salt to taste

  10. Other ingredients

  11. 1/4 cup grated mozzrella cheese

  12. butter for greasing

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and sauté till they turn translucent.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Divide the stuffing into 8 equal portions and keep aside.

  4. Fill each cannelloni with 1 portion of the stuffing.

  5. Arrange all the cannelloni on a greased baking dish and pour Pomodoro sauce on top.

  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.

  7. Serve hot.
