  1. 1 cup medium barley

  2. 1/2 cup wild rice

  3. 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained

  4. 2 cups sliced mushrooms

  5. 2 cups grape tomatoes

  6. 2 cups chopped cooked chicken

  7. 1 cup plain yogurt

  8. 1/2 cup creamy honey mustard salad dressing

  9. 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise OR more yogurt

  10. 2 Tbsp. honey mustard

  11. 1/4 cup milk

  1. Cook barley and wild rice as directed on packages. While they are cooking, combine yogurt, salad dressing, mayonnaise, mustard, and milk in large bowl and mix well. When the grains are tender, drain well and stir into the dressing mixture. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently to coat. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
