  1. 16 oz. bag baby carrots

  2. 1 medium onion

  3. 16 oz. bag egg noodles

  4. 2 lb. chuck roast

  5. 4 medium potatoes

  1. Cook roast and onion together in stock pot with water.

  2. Once meat is cooked and falling apart add carrots, potatoes, and noodles.

  3. Serve hot.
