  1. 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

  2. 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

  3. 1/4 cup olive oil

  4. 1 tbsp. crumbled dried savory

  5. 1 tbsp. water

  6. 906 g country style pork ribs

  1. Prepare grill. Whisk together Dijon, vinegar, oil, savory, water, salt and pepper in a large baking dish. Add ribs and turn to coat. Cover and let ribs stand 15 minutes.

  2. Place ribs on a oiled grill rack. Grill 5 to 6 inches from heat, about 10 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve immediately.
