  2. 1 cup mayonnaise

  3. 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

  4. 9 anchovy fillets, minced

  5. 3 medium cloves garlic, peeled and minced

  6. 1/4 tsp. salt

  7. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  8. 16 cups cored and thinly sliced Savoy cabbage

  9. 8 green onions, thinly sliced

  10. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Combine Savoy cabbage and green onions in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate slaw one to two hours. Just before serving, add Parmesan to slaw and toss to blend.
