  1. 4 cups sliced yellow onion (2 large)

  2. salt & pepper

  3. 5T butter

  4. 2 egg s

  5. 1 cup heavy cream

  6. cup Parmesan

  1. Saute onions in butter with salt and pepper to taste until translucent.

  2. Lightly beat eggs with cream in small bowl.

  3. Butter casserole dish. Layer onions on bottom. Pour cream mixture over. Make sure it gets mixed in with onions and doesn’t just sit on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

  4. Cook at 400 for 15 minutes.
