  1. 3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

  2. 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  3. 1 clove garlic , minced

  4. 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

  5. 2 lb. red potatoes (about 6 medium potatoes), cut into bite-size chunks

  1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Mix all ingredients except potatoes in small bowl.

  2. SPREAD potatoes into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Add mustard mixture; toss to coat.

  3. BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
