  1. 2 cup Brown sugar

  2. 1 teaspoon Salt

  3. 1 cup Butter or margarine

  4. 2 Eggs

  5. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  6. 3 1/2 cup Flour

  7. 1 teaspoon Baking powder

  8. teaspoon Baking soda

  9. teaspoon Cinnamon

  10. 1 1/2 cup Powdered sugar

  11. 1 Egg white; slightly beaten

  12. 1 tablespoon Butter; melted

  13. teaspoon Salt

  14. teaspoon Vanilla

  15. Food coloring & sprinkles

  1. GLAZE Cream sugar, salt & butter. Add eggs & vanilla & continue mixing until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, soda & cinnamon. Mix well & chill. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to ⅛-inch thick. Cut into shapes with cookie cutter & bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool & ice. Top with decorative sprinkles, if desired. (Great for Christmas, Valentine or Halloween!) Glaze: Blend sugar with egg white & add butter, salt & vanilla.

  2. Beat until smooth. Add a few drops of food coloring of your choice.
