  1. 1 1/2 Cup(s) Parsley leaves packed

  2. 2 Cup(s) Cilantro leaves packed & tender stems

  3. 4 Small Serrano chiles chopped

  4. 2 Small Thai Chili chopped

  5. 5 Medium Cloves of Garlic chopped

  6. 1 Teaspoon(s) Ground Cumin

  7. 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Dried Thyme Leaves

  8. 3/4 Teaspoon(s) Sea salt to taste

  9. 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Honey

  10. 3 Tablespoon(s) Fresh Lemon Juice

  11. 1/3 Cup(s) Red Wine Vinegar

  12. 1/2 Cup(s) Olive oil

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend with a hand-held blender. If you have a food processor feel free to use that instead your call, and both work.

  2. This Chimichurri is one of the best that you will taste and will work great on steak, pork or really anything grilled.
