  1. Garlic bulb 1 Medium , roast

  2. Red pepper 2 , roasted, sliced

  3. Red onion 1 Large , slice

  4. Button mushroom 8 , slice

  5. Sirloin tip steak 170 Gram (per sandwich)

  6. Havarti creamy cheese To Taste

  7. For aioli

  8. Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon

  9. Fresh rosemary 12 Teaspoon , finely chopped

  10. Fresh lemon juice To Taste

  11. Roasted garlic To Taste

  12. Salt and pepper To Taste

  13. Other ingredients

  14. Olive oil 2 Teaspoon

  15. Buns 1 (good crunchy bread)

  1. Directions GETTING READY 1. Preheat oven to 285 degree F.

  2. On a small piece of foil, place garlic and drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle salt and warp it nicely.

  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper liberally on steak. Pour olive oil and rub to coat evenly. Set aside.

  4. In a roasting pan, place sliced bell pepper, and drizzle olive on it. Season it with salt and black pepper.

  5. MAKING 5. Place wrapped garlic in the same roasting pan. Pop it in oven for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow it to cool.

  6. Place a frying pan on medium heat, pour oil, add onion and mushroom in it. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Give it a good toss, and cook until brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

  7. Place steak in pan, flip and cook until done on both sides. Transfer it to a plate and allow it to rest.

  8. In the meanwhile, for aioli in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, rosemary, and lemon juice.

  9. Squeeze and add roasted garlic in it. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning of salt and pepper.

  10. . Cut steak into strips.

  11. . Cut bun into half lengthwise, drizzle olive oil, place it on grill and toast.

  12. . Spread aioli on one slice of bun, and top it with onion and mushroom mixture.

  13. . Place steak slices on it, and arrange roasted bell pepper on top.

  14. . Sprinkle cheese and pop it in oven until cheese melts.

  15. . Sprinkle black pepper, cover it with the other slice of bun.

  16. SERVING 16. Serve sandwich with roasted parsnips.
