  1. 4 pounds 70% ground chuck

  2. 3 cans diced tomatoes in juice

  3. 16 oz. tomato sauce

  4. 2 jalapeno peppers chopped very fine

  5. 5 tbsp. chili powder

  6. 1 yellow pepper sliced

  7. 1 orange pepper sliced roast these then dice

  8. 3 ears of fresh roastED corn ,sliced off the cobs

  9. 2 stalks of celery

  10. 2 cups pumpkin canned

  11. Several drops of hot sauce to taste

  1. Brown the ground beef

  2. Drain off grease well

  3. Pour all into the crockpot

  4. Cook 10-12 hours

  5. Best chili ever!!!
