  1. 1 bag(s) assorted frest greens , I use a medley of baby greens

  2. 2 stalk(s) celery , chopped

  3. 1 cup(s) cucumer , quartered, chopped

  4. 1 large tomato , diced

  5. 2 spear(s) asparagus , cut into 1 inch slices

  6. 1/2 cup(s) frozen peas, thawed

  7. 1/2 cup(s) frozen corn, thawed

  8. 1 container(s) boccocini, torn

  9. 3 medium mushrooms, sliced

  10. 1/3 can(s) black olives, sliced

  11. 1/3 cup(s) slivered almonds, toasted

  12. 1/8 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil

  13. 1/4 cup(s) balsamic vinigar

  14. 1 squirt dijon mustard

  15. 2 squirt lemon juice

  16. 1/2 handful fresh dill, chopped

  17. 1/2 cup(s) fresh raspberries, saskatoon berries or blueberries , I use the fresh saskatoon berries that grow in my backyard!

  18. 1/2 cup(s) red, yellow or orange pepper, diced

  1. In a glass jar combine oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, dijon mustard and dill. Shake well to combine. Season with salt and pepper and garlic powder if desired.

  2. In large bowl combine all vegetables and cheese with greens. Right before serving add berries, nuts and as much dressing as desired.
