  2. 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar

  3. 1/4 cup water

  4. 1/2 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

  5. 1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot

  6. 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic

  7. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  8. 3 tablespoons honey

  9. 3/4 teaspoon chili pepper flakes, or to taste

  10. 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro

  1. Combine peanut butter, vinegar, water, soy sauce, gingerroot, garlic, lemon juice, honey and chili pepper flakes in blender container or food processor. Stir in chopped cilantro.
