  1. Pizza dough

  2. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  3. 1/2 cup hoisin sauce

  4. 1/4 cup honey

  5. 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

  6. 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated

  7. 2 garlic cloves, minced

  8. 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  9. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  10. 1 teaspoon sriracha (or hot chili sauce)

  11. 1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

  12. 1/4 cup carrot, grated

  13. 1/4 cup red pepper, diced

  14. 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

  15. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

  16. 2 tablespoons salted peanuts, chopped

  17. lime wedges

  1. Let dough come to room temperature, covered, for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 500°F.

  2. In small saucepan, combine peanut butter, hoisin, honey, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce and sriracha. Cook over low heat until peanut butter melts and mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally. Take off heat and set aside. Sauce will be very thick.

  3. Roll dough into 13-inch circle on well-floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet and spread peanut sauce evenly over dough. Top with Monterey Jack, carrot, red pepper and red onion.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro and peanuts. Serve with lime wedges if desired.
