Take the meat in a bowl
Put ½ cup of yogurt and ½ of turmeric powder
Mix them well
Marinade the mutton for 1 hour
Heating up 1tbsp of oil in a pan
Put cinnamon, fennel seeds, black pepper, cloves and cardamoms in the hot oil
When the nice aroma come out add the green chilies, ginger and garlic
Fry everything together for few minutes
Put them it blender and make a fine paste
biryani masala is ready
Heating up 1tbsp of oil in a 2.5 liter pressure cooker
Add the marinated mutton in the hot oil
Now put the already made 2tbsp paste
Mix them well and cook for few minutes
Now add 1.5 cup of water, 1/2tsp of turmeric powder and salt as per taste
Mix them well and close the lid of the pressure cooker
Cook the mutton about 10-15 minutes still 3-4 whistles
When the mutton is cooked separate the stock form it
Now take a 7 liter pressure cooker
Put 3tbsp of butter and 2tbsp of oil in the pressure cooker and let it become hot
Put bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves and cardamoms
Now add 3-4 green chilies
Put chopped onions
Now fry them all till the onions become transparent
Add 1tbsp of the earlier made paste
Add 1/2tsp of turmeric powder
Mix altogether well
Now add the basmati rice and mix well
Fry the basmati rice for few minutes
Now put the chopped coriander and mint leaves
Fry rice for another 2-3 minutes
Now add salt as per taste and mix well
Pour the 1cup meat stock, 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup of water now
Mix altogether and close the lid of the pressure cooker
Cook the rice till 2 whistles on high flame
The rice is ready now
Add coriander and mint leaves and lemon juice with the meat
Mix altogether well
Now make layers with the rice and meat
The first layer will be rice
Then put the mutton pieces and spread
Then again put rice over the meat
And again the meat and spread
Last layer will be rice again
Now cover the pressure cooker and cook the biryani for 5-10 minutes in low flame
Green chili mutton biryani is ready
Serve it with eggs and raita
