  6. 59.14 ml cider vinegar

  7. 4.92 ml ground ginger

  8. 1 1/53 ml black pepper

  9. 236 1/29 ml brown sugar

  1. Place meat in bottom of slow cooker.

  2. Top meat with sliced onions and minced garlic.

  3. Mix all remaining ingredients together in a small bowl and pour into the slow cooker.

  4. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or until done.
