  1. chuck roast cubed

  2. carrots

  3. Any vegetables you wish to add ( potatoes , celery etc, I just used carrots )

  4. 1 can Italian stewed tomatoes

  5. 1 can diced and peeled italian tomoatoes

  6. 1/2 can tomato Paste

  7. 1 whole yellow onion cut in

  8. 1/2 inch pieces

  9. 2 packets of onion soup mix

  10. Ground white pepper to taste

  11. salt to taste ( remember Soup MIx has salt )

  12. Powdered garlic to taste

  13. Soduim free beef broth

  14. water - amounts vary depending on size of crockpot

  1. Place vegetables at the bottom of the crockpot.

  2. Place cubed meat over vegetables.

  3. Add Salt, Pepper and Garlic to taste (remember broth and Soup Mix already has Salt) I dont put salt, becuase my taste is sensitive to salt Dump contents of tomatoes over the meat Dump both packets of soup mix over meat.

  4. Pour in Beef Broth.

  5. mix some water with half can of paste to dissolve the paste and pour the contents in.

  6. Fill the crockpot the rest of the way with water Cover and cook Then Enjoy 8 hours Later!
