  1. Pork 1 Pound , sliced

  2. White onion 1 , sliced

  3. Carrot 12 Cup (8 tbs) , sliced

  4. Thai chili 5 , sliced

  5. Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)

  6. Sweet black soy sauce 2 Teaspoon

  7. Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon

  8. For marinade

  9. Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon

  10. Seasoning sauce 1 Teaspoon

  11. Black pepper To Taste

  1. Directions MAKING 1. In a bowl, place pork and pour oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, and black pepper. Mix well and keep the pork marinated for 10 minutes.

  2. In a mortar, add Thai chili and garlic. Crush them lightly, using the pestle.

  3. In a wok, heat oil and add crushed chili and garlic. Saute it.

  4. Add in the marinated pork and stir well.

  5. Stir in the black soy sauce, carrots and onions.

  6. Cook until the pork and vegetables are well cooked.

  7. SERVING 7. Serve this Thai Spicy Pork Fry with green salads.
