  1. Garlic 1 Tablespoon , chopped

  2. Sugar 1 Tablespoon

  3. Ginger 1 Tablespoon , chopped

  4. Vinegar 1 Tablespoon

  5. Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon

  6. Chilli sauce 2 Tablespoon

  7. Chicken wings 1 12 Pound

  8. Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs)

  1. Directions Chop chicken wings into 2 pieces. Take a wok and heat to medium-high. Add 3 cups of oil. Deep fry chicken wings till golden brown (about 7-8 minutes). Take out and drain the excess oil.

  2. Take another wok and add 1 tsp of oil. Add ginger and garlic. Stir for 10 seconds. Add all ingredients(except chilli sauce) and stir. Add the chicken wings. Stir and coat well. Add the chilli sauce and coat the chicken well. The chicken wings are done. Serve.
