  1. 1360.77 g pork roast or 1360.77 g chuck roast

  2. 1 garlic clove , minced

  3. 1 medium onion , chopped

  4. 1 bell pepper , chopped

  5. 4 medium potatoes , chopped

  6. 236 1/29 ml water

  7. 59.14 ml lemon juice

  1. Cut up the roast to fit into the slow cooker.

  2. Then sear both sides of each piece of meat in a skillet. About 30 seconds to 1 mintue each side.

  3. Cut up all the vegetables and mix them in a big bowl.

  4. Then layer the meat and vegetables in a slow cooker. Add the lemon juice and water.

  5. Finally turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
