  1. 3 cups cooked brown rice, warm

  3. 3 large egg whites

  4. 1 large egg

  5. 1/2 cup apple juice

  6. 1/3 cup raisins

  7. 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  8. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  10. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg,

  1. Combine rice, evaporated milk, egg whites, egg, juice, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and nutmeg in medium saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 8 to 10 minutes or ulnltil thickened. Serve warm.
