  1. Any fish( Tuna will be best): 1 kg

  2. Shallots( small onion): 4

  3. Onion medium size: 3 sliced to square pieces

  4. curry leaves

  5. Green chilly: 5-6 large

  6. fennel: 1/2 tsp

  7. cumin power: 1/2 tsp

  8. Ginger: 1 small sliced into thin pieces

  9. garlic: 4 slices finely sliced

  10. turmeric powder

  11. coconut grinded: 1 cup

  12. oil: 4 tsp

  13. salt to taste

  1. Step 1: cook fish with salt and turmeric powder for 15 minutes until half cooked.

  2. Step 2: separate the bone and mix the whole fish with hand,so that it become as Keema. Now keep it aside.

  3. Step 3: In a non stick container pour oil and fry chopped shallots,onion and green leaves Step 4: Add ginger,garlic and green chilies.

  4. Step 5: Add grinded coconut, cumin powder and fennel and fry for 3 mins.

  5. Step 6: Add fish and mix properly.

  6. Step 7: cook for 10-15 mins Step 8: Serve hot with chapati
