  1. Onion 1/2 Medium , chopped

  2. 2 tbsp. bacon drippings

  3. Egg 1

  4. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon

  5. Milk 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

  6. 2 lb. ground beef chuck

  7. Herb 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) , seasoned

  8. Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

  9. Dijon Mustard 2 Tablespoon

  10. Catsup 2 Tablespoon

  1. Directions Saute onion in bacon drippings until golden; drain.

  2. Combine egg, Worcestershire sauce and milk; beat slightly.

  3. Place onion, egg mixture and beef in large mixing bowl; add stuffing mix, salt, mustard and cat- sup.

  4. Mix well; place in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

  5. Pat into smooth loaf.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until browned and cooked through.
