  1. Nonstick cooking spray

  2. 6 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

  3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  5. 6 ounces pork loin roast, thinly sliced

  6. 3 cups shredded green cabbage

  7. 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  8. 1/2 cup trimmed snow peas

  9. 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth

  10. 2 teaspoons cornstarch

  11. 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  12. 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

  13. 8 ounces hot cooked linguine

  1. Spray wok with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add onions, garlic powder and ginger; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add pork; stir-fry 2 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

  2. Blend chicken broth, cornstarch, hoisin sauce, if desired, and soy sauce in small bowl. Add to wok. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve vegetables and sauce over linguine.
