  5. Coconut grated

  7. teaspoon Garlic crushed

  8. 3 Green chillies

  9. 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

  10. teaspoon Cumin; mustard seeds

  11. teaspoon Red chilli powder

  12. Salt to taste

  13. 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

  14. 2 Cloves

  15. 1 1 inch piece cinnamon

  16. 2 tablespoons Butter

  1. Drain the boiled vegetables, keep stock aside.

  2. Blend together, coconut, chillies, sesame seeds, cinnamon, cloves in mixie.

  3. Heat butter, add seeds, allow to splutter.

  4. Add ginger, garlic and paste.

  5. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

  6. Add vegetables except tomatoes. Add ½ cup stock. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes.

  7. Add salt, chilli powder,tomatoes and cook till gravy is thick.

  8. Serve hot with parathas or chappatis.

  9. Making time: 20 minutes.
