  1. Lamb (meat) 1 kg.

  2. Yogurt 2 tbsp.

  3. (Large) Onion 1

  4. Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp.

  5. (Large) Tomato 1

  6. Cloves 3

  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.

  8. Cinnamon 1 stick

  9. Red Chilli Powder1 tsp.

  10. Cardamom 2

  11. Garam masala Powder 1 tsp.

  12. Oil 4 tbsp.

  13. Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp.

  14. Salt to taste

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add the whole spice.

  2. After it splutters add the sliced onions and sauté until it turns pink.

  3. Add the lamb pieces and stir fry until it turns brown, about 15 minutes.

  4. Add ginger garlic paste, chillipowder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt.

  5. Add yoghurt, chopped tomatoes, garam masala, stir and cook until the oil separates.

  6. Add 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 15 minutes.

  7. Open the cooker and garnish with chopped green coriander.
