  2. 1 small chopped onion

  3. 411.06 g can diced tomatoes with juice

  4. 59.14 ml cider vinegar

  5. 44 1/37 ml tomato paste

  6. 9.85 ml Dijon mustard

  7. 2 minced garlic cloves

  8. 14.78 ml sugar

  9. 2.46 ml ground ginger

  10. 2.46 ml salt

  11. 2.46 ml crushed rosemary

  12. 2.46 ml turmeric

  13. 1 1/53 ml red pepper flakes

  14. 1 bay leaf

  1. Place roast in the slow cooker.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the roast. Cover and cook on low till meat is tender. Discard bay leaf. Thicken cooking juices if desired. Serve over noodles.
