take the yogurt in a bowl
add the ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, cinnamon powder, salt and garam masala with the yogurt
mix altogether well with a spoon
now put the tofu pieces in teh mixture
mix the tofu pieces with the mixture well
marinade it for few hours in fridge (overnight will be best)
heating up oil in a pan
add the marinated tofu pieces in teh hot oil
fry the tofu pieces till golden color from all sides
remove the fried tofu pieces aside
now start to make the sauce
heating up 2tbsp oil in another pan
put cumin seeds and crashed coriander seeds in the hot oil
now add chopped onions
put salt, turmeric powder, cardamom powder, claichi powder and nutmeg
mix altogether well and saute for few minutes
add the leftover marinade mixture and mix well
put the chopped tomatoes now
cook till the tomatoes become tender
now in another pan stir fry the chopped green pepper and red pepper
when in the other hand tomatoes and onions are cooked well add some water and mix well
now add the fried tofu pieces and mix gently
cook for 5-6 minutes
when the red and green pepper pieces and tender add them with the tofu curry
mix well and put garam masala
mix well and cook for a minute
sprinkle cilantro leaves
tofu tikka masala is ready to be served
served it with Basmati rice, roti, chapati, parantha or naan
