  1. 4 ounces pork minced, about 4 each shallots finely chopped

  2. 1 cup cabbage shredded

  3. 10 each prawns shelled, finely chopped

  4. 1 tablespoon corn flour

  5. 1 each egg

  6. 2 tablespoons soy sauce, light

  7. 3 drops sesame oil

  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  9. 1 x wonton wrappers

  10. 1 x vegetable oil for frying*

  1. Combine all chopped ingredients, with cornflour, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt mixing well.

  2. Place a teaspoon of mixture into the center of each wanton wrapper, pinch the wrapper together at the top to form a small package.

  3. Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.

  4. Drain and serve with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
