  1. Ingredient Name Unit Quantity

  2. cream

  3. ml 100 custard pdr

  4. tbsp 3 milk

  5. ml 500 mix fruits

  6. grams 500 sugar

  7. grams 150

  1. heat milk and in some milk add custard pdr and dissolve

  2. add sugar to milk and bring it to boil

  3. add the custard and milk mixture to boiling milk and mix continously till it is thick and coats back od spoon

  4. cool down add cream and fruits ,serve cold
