  1. 1 kilo pork shoulder

  2. 1 onion; sliced

  3. 1 ginger root; chopped

  4. 1 tablespoon Philippine bird's eye pepper

  5. siling labuyo

  6. 1/2 tablespoon ground pepper

  7. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  8. 1 lemon or 5 kalamansi

  9. Soy sauce

  10. Salt to taste

  11. Insarabasab Sarabasab Cooking Procedure:

  12. 1" thick for roasting. Spice with salt.
