  1. 1 cup flour, all-purpose or whole wheat

  2. 1 cup oats, quick cooking

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 1 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  7. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  8. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  9. 1/2 cup golden raisins

  10. 2 large egg whites

  11. 1/3 cup corn syrup

  1. Combine dry ingredients and raisins.

  2. Add egg whites, syrup and vanilla.

  3. Stir well.

  4. Dough will be stiff.

  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
