  1. 2 cups of Semi- sweet chocolate Morsels, divided in half

  2. 2 cups all-purpose flour

  3. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  5. 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  6. 1 tsp pumpkin spice

  7. 1 cup pumpkin puree

  8. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  9. 1/2 cup milk

  10. 3 large eggs

  11. 1/2 cup Halloween candy corn

  12. 2 cups chocolate ganache

  1. MICROWAVE 1 cup morsels in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high for 1 minute;

  2. Stir until morsels are melted.

  3. COMBINE flour, baking soda, pumpkin spice and salt in small bowl.

  4. Beat sugar, pumpkin, oil, milk and eggs in large mixer bowl until smooth. Stir in melted chocolate.

  5. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.

  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  7. BAKE for 22 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean.

  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove to racks to cool completely.

  9. Frost cupcakes with your favourite ganache frosting and top with pieces of candy corn.
