  2. 118 1/59 ml powdered milk (Non fat)

  3. 14.79 ml cocoa, Unsweetened Hershey's

  4. 118 1/59 ml sugar

  5. 236 1/29 ml self rising flour

  6. 4 egg whites, beat til stiff

  7. 4.92 ml vanilla

  8. 113 1/39 g applesauce

  9. 1 1/53 ml baking soda

  1. In medium mixing bowl combine Jello powder, drymilk, cocoa, sugar and flour.

  2. Set aside.With electricmixer, beat alternately.

  5. Beat 2 minutes after last addition. Divide batter equally between 12 paper−line cupcake wells.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees about 18 to 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
