  1. 1 1/2 each beef

  2. 1 large onion

  3. 1 each garlic clove

  4. 1/2 cup beef stock prefer veal stock if possible

  5. 2 large eggs

  6. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  7. 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped

  8. 2/3 cup oatmeal

  9. 1 pinch cayenne pepper

  10. 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  11. 1 pinch nutmeg

  12. 1 x salt and black pepper

  13. 1 x vegetable oil for pan*

  1. Process beef,onion,garlic,herbs and spices.

  2. Transfer to a bowl.

  3. Add rest of ingredients and mix to combine.

  4. Oil a loafpan and place mixture.

  5. Bake in preheated 450 oven 15 mins.

  6. Turn down heat,continue baking another 35 mins.

  7. May be done in the microwave too.
