  1. 3 eggs, beaten

  2. 1 cup oil

  3. 2 cups sugar

  4. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  5. 3 cups all-purpose flour

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  8. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  9. 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  10. 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  11. 2 cups apples, peeled, cored and chopped

  12. 1 cup chopped walnuts

  13. 1 cup powdered sugar

  14. 1 1/2 teaspoon milk

  15. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except apple and nuts; mix well. Stir in apple and nuts; pour into greased and floured Bundt® pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Increase heat to 325 degrees and bake an additional 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes; turn out onto a serving plate. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla; drizzle over cake before serving.
