  1. 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

  2. 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  3. 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro , finely chopped

  4. 1 teaspoon adobo sauce

  5. 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile in adobo , canned in adobo sauce, chopped

  6. 2 garlic cloves , minced

  7. 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  8. 1/4 cup red bell pepper , chopped

  9. 1/4 cup Avocado , chopped

  10. 8 slices sourdough bread, toasted

  11. 8 slices Tomatoes

  12. 4 romaine lettuce leaves

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Stir in chicken, pepper and avocado.

  3. Divide chicken mixture evenly among 4 bread slices. Top each with 2 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf.

  4. Cover with remaining 4 bread slices.
