  1. 1.4kg new potatoes, quartered

  2. 450g fresh French beans, cut into bite-sized pieces

  3. 80ml olive oil

  4. 21/2; tbsp white wine vinegar

  5. 1 tbso Dijon mustard

  6. 1/4; tsp dried dill

  7. 1/2; tsp salt

  8. 1/2; tsp ground black pepper

  1. New potato and green been salad 1) In a large saucepan, add potatoes to enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and boil for 8 minutes. Add green beans, return to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.

  2. Place potatoes and green beans in a serving bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and next 5 ingredients. Pour over potato and green beans, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill.
