  1. 198.44 g box macaroni & cheese dinner mix (we use Kraft brand, but store brands are fine also)

  2. 59.14 ml butter or 59.14 ml margarine

  3. 59.14 ml milk

  4. 236 1/29 ml frozen peas (thawed)

  5. 3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)

  6. 118 1/59 ml celery (chopped)

  7. 78.07 ml onion (chopped)

  8. 2 green onions (chopped)

  9. 236 1/29 ml mayonnaise

  10. 4.92 ml salt and pepper (to taste)

  11. 4.92 ml dried dill (you can substitute with your favorite cold salad seasoning.)

  1. Cook macaroni & cheese dinner per box directions; cool. (If you're using leftover macaroni, adjust the remaining ingredients accordingly).

  2. Add chopped eggs, celery, onion, green onion to cooled macaroni & cheese.

  3. Stir in mayonnaise and seasonings.

  4. Gently stir in thawed peas and season to taste.

  5. As with all salads, season to taste.
