  10. 1 teaspoon rosemary

  11. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  12. 1 teaspoon black pepper

  13. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  2. lower heat add beef broth and wine reduced to half.

  3. place meat and liquid in crock pot with remaining ingredients.

  4. cook 6 to 8 hours depending on crock pot.
